We had the best experience ever! We walked in just with "shopping around and comparing prices" on our mind and left buying a great Pioneer 1000 Deluxe.! We were met by Tarzan with his friendly personality and knowledge about the machine we were looking at. He was very respectful of our needs and wished. He had Blake come over a while later to discuss the pricing etc. Blake was great also! We feel we got the machine we needed for our farm/ranch at a great price. Your staff was all so courteous and helpful. Felt a little embarrassed when they all came out and congratulated us with music and handshakes and took our picture! Great though. It was a very busy Saturday when I walked to look at the motorcycles. All of the sales team were already helping other customers, but Blake stopped to check on me. As soon as he was finished up with other customers, he came right back over and answered all my questions. I have wanted a Fury for several years and they had the perfect one for me! Blake could see how much I loved the bike and did everything to make sure I was comfortable with it and that I would end up with it.
I love how everyone there jumps in and helps each other out. It is a very happy and upbeat place, it's like they are all family, but that one family that really gets along. Throughout the process of buying my bike, I was able to meet and chat with most if the team. Andrew lead me right to the bike I had come in to look at (he didn't know that at the time). He actually listened to me & did not try to over-sell me into a higher end, more expensive bike! He was awesome. From that point on, Ben (floor mgr), Joan (accessories), Shannon (finance), the guys in parts, everyone was extremely helpful & really made me glad I had bought from these guys. I wanted to express my appreciation to the Honda World Service Department's efforts on my behalf. I recently experienced an unknown problem with my Shadow Phantom. Through their tireless efforts and attention to detail, they determined it was a part which should not have been defective, given the very low miles on the bike. At this point, most service departments would have simply made the repairs, and charged me for the parts and labor, explaining that it was no longer under warranty. But that's not how Honda World "rolls." They contacted the manufacturer, advocating for my rights as an owner, and held them accountable for the quality of the defective part. Bottom line, Honda World went the extra mile for me, when they certainly didn't have to. This is just another example of Honda World's commitment to its customers' safety and satisfaction, and it's why they've earned my continued business and trust. Thanks gang!

I wanted to thank Joshua Hale of Honda World in Salt Lake City for helping me find some driver highway pegs and installing them on my GL1800 Honda Goldwing. While touring in Yellowstone and BearTooth Pass near Red Lodge, MT, I dropped my bike and broke off one of the pegs that was clamped to the crash bar. Hated to be without drivers highway pegs for the long drive back home to Ohio on I-70. Josh took care of me and I had a happy ride back home. Tuesday, I picked up my RZR and trailer that had been transferred from Rob at Polaris World in Mesquite where I purchased it. Your employees were great! I pulled in the back not knowing what to do. A man came out immediately to help me. A lady from inside came out to verify my purchase. No hassle! So nice! Two men helped hook up my trailer, put the license plate on, drove the RZR on and strapped it down. They showed me the best way to strap down the RZR and explained why. One of them told me the easiest way to get back on the freeway to head back to Boise. I really appreciate the professional and friendly way your staff helped me!

I wanted to take a quick minute to thank Chris and Ryan for thier assistance in my recent purchase. I went in looking for a daily rider to save me some fuel... I was looking at the Grom and the CRF250L and left with the CBR250R.
When I walked in the door I was greeted personally by Ryan even though the store was full of customers. I visitied all the other local dealers before and did not recieve the same service. Plus, the price was better with Honda World :)

Just bought a new NC700X from Honda world and all I can say is WOW! The customer service from the top down is second to none. I've been in sales long enough now, I like to think that I know a great sales guy when I meet one and Ashton is in that category. Very enthusiastic about his job, very knowledgeable, very comfortable to work with. The rest of the sales and service staff follows right in line. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I've just never experienced anything like that before. The total sales and service atmosphere that Honda World presents is something that has been lost by most dealerships. The guys in the service department were great, made sure I was well informed on all the initial service and break-in procedures. I will definitely be back for years to come.

I was stunned by how good was my experience with HondaWorld of Sandy, Utah, I was expecting far less. This experience has taught me the difference between a motorcycle dealer that sells Hondas and a Honda Motorcycle Dealer, what a good lesson. The dealing was quick and efficient without "I'll check with my manager," before the refusal. The manager said he had a copy and in two days it was on the floor. Then the manager (sorry, I've already forgotten his name) took me around to meet every employee in the shop, from the receptionist, to the mechanics, the business manager, the parts guys, everyone! When my bike was delivered my purchase was announced over the intercom and the available employees gathered round to cheer me and even took my picture with the bike. Then the manager took me and several employees out to test the bike and demonstrate some features. Wow! My bike is due back at the shop this weekend for some routine maintenance and I expect no less stellar service.I would also like to take a moment to compliment Honda in general. I have driven a lot of cars and bikes, and this must be the first one where I could tell, immediately, that it was engineered well and designed well. The result is a Shadow Spirit that cuts through city traffic like a hot knife through butter. It handles flawlessly, perfectly, it is right where I want it to be all of the time.

I have been coming here for the last four years or so. They have always been so helpful and kind, even when I had to special order my helmet and it was still too big! They remedied the situation as quickly as possible. Did a fabulous tune up on an old Honda Shadow I acquired. Runs like new! I love the events and "parties" they host frequently. Had them install some Cobra Low Boy Shotgun exhaust on my 06 Yamaha V Start 1100 Classic, and jet. Did great job. runs perfect after 3K miles, and no backfiring....means perfect re-jet! Installed new Metzler wwwME 880's. Great price and quick install.

I've owned 6 ATV's in the last 30 years. My last 3 Rubicons are great.They are dependable, tough and get 18 mpg. The electric shift, 2/4 wheel option and power stearing make driving a dream. I'll never buy anything but Hondas in the future.

Owning 3 Honda motorcycles I need to know that when I take them in to get service they are going to be working great when I pick them up. Honda World has never let me down. I love knowing that if I ever need a part or filter or o-ring it is just a quick stop to the parts counter and I'm on my way. The staff is beyond knowledgeable- I can say- "time for an oil change on my CRF 450 and Brian at the parts counter will have everything I need for the job in under 10 seconds. Thanks Honda World for keeping my bikes going! I'll never go anywhere else.

Honda World is simply amazing. I am rarely motivated to write a review about a retail experience, but these guys are worth every word on this page and every dollar I've spent (and will spend) with them. I first went to Honda World back in October to ask some questions about a classic sport-bike I was considering purchasing (an 86 VF500F Interceptor). The bike wasn't running which could have meant any number of things. Also, being a 25 year old bike I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find someone who knew enough about the older technology to service the bike. Enter Jayson Pawlowski, the Service Manager at Honda World. This guy immediately took me under his wing and introduced me to Dennis, a Honda World Mechanic who has forgotten more about motorcycle maintenance than most will learn in a lifetime. He worked on 86 Interceptors back when they were new! Jayson and Dennis took well over an hour of their time to help me understand the intricacies of the older Interceptors; what to look for and what should cause me to walk away. Even Ryan, the Sales Manager, got involved in the conversation and shared his advice. What I found interesting was that even though Ryan was the Sales Manager, not once did he try to talk me out of buying the Interceptor and into buying a newer Honda. In fact, being a true motorcycle lover himself, Ryan actually encouraged me to pick up the classic bike! Long story short, I bought the Interceptor and had it delivered to Honda World on a Sunday when they were closed. Jayson came in on his day off to bring the bike inside so it would be safe. This was truly above and beyond, and totally unexpected. Within a week, Dennis had the old Interceptor running like new, and this is NO exaggeration. Dennis is truly a Jedi Master when it comes to bikes. It is obvious that he loves what he does and that he takes great pride in his work. Since then I've been back for tires, gear and just to chat with the guys. They treat me like family. For the best service on the planet, head to Honda World. You won't be disappointed. In fact, I'm toying with the idea of purchasing a newer Honda to keep the miles off my Interceptor. Looks like Ryan may get to sell me a bike after all! These guys are GREAT. If you're in the market for a Honda or need service on your bike, this is the place to go. Considering the gravity of what's at stake when I ride, I have real confidence putting my bike and my life in the hands of the best. I won't go anywhere else.

Best Honda Motorcycle Dealer in Town. Honda World is my go-to shop to keep my 11 year old VFR on the street, and they will be my first stop when it's time to replace it. The dealership is clean and bright, the staff is friendly and they charge a bit less than other dealers for parts. Whenever I am there I always feel like I'm at a small family business despite their impressive showroom. The staff is helpful and friendly even when I'm not there to buy a new motorcycle, you can tell that the people there love riding and their work.

My mother was the one that purchased a Honda 4 wheeler this time, and when we return to upgrade our Honda 4 wheeler, I know we will get the same AWSOME treatment. This Father's Day, I bought my husband a bike from Honda World. The sales staff were awesome and helped me find the right size bike for my husband. They explained the benefits and drawbacks of each bike and ultimately helped me pick the perfect bike for my husband, a 1300cc Honda VTX in black cherry with only 2300 miles on it. Amazing! The sales staff were not pushy at all, but were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Ryan, the sales manager, also brought the bike out on a Sunday to surprise my husband on Father's day. We really appreciated their excitement about bikes and going beyond to make sure we had a good experience. I would recommend Honda World to anyone looking to buy a bike, whether they're a novice buyer or have had bikes before.

Before I bought my Honda Shadow from here They sold my Dad and brother a CRF250L and a 250 rebel. They took the time to help me learn my bike. The nice thing from the four dealerships they didn't hide any thing from me. The salesman went over all the cost with me before I went in to the finance office They invite me to all there bike show and rides they ever provide a BBQ. These guys really do care about the way you feel

Walked in looking to see the size difference between the rancher and foreman. I was looking to bye used off a local site and talk to Danny down there and he made me a killer deal that i could not resist on a new foreman. The sales staff and Managers are great to work with. Just stopped in to look at some bikes I saw on the website and ask about using a trade in. I never intended to get serious - just shopping. The entire crew is very friendly. Yep...you're like family when you're there. Got a great deal on my trade-in and left with a very nice 2009 Shadow Aero VT750. And the color was awesome - blue and silver! My husband and I bought a fourwheeler for our family for Christmas last week and these guys went above and beyond to help us get our fourwheeler. We got a great deal on it, a great deal on the accessories, a super low payment, and the salesmen did not push us at all. At the end of our purchase they took our picture and emailed it to us. Overall our buying experience was great.! Andrew and Ryan were both very helpful and willing to work with us on what we wanted. We got a great CBR 250 for my first bike and I couldn't be happier! The bike is small and light enough for me to handle and so far has been a great learning experience. The only downside to our experience was how rushed we were, but that can't be blamed on them as I was the one who needed to get to work. That being said I think things could have gone a lot faster if my husband and I would have been allowed to look at gear on our own. The person helping us was very nice, but kept trying to push the most expensive helmet, jacket, and gloves at us. I'm sure she's right that for the most part these really are better quality, but it was slightly frustrating. I just am more of a do-it-yourself kind of girl and wanted the luxury to browse on my own. Overall the experience was great and I couldn't be happier with my new bike!

I got my very first 3 wheeler (1983 ATC 110) when I was 8 years old from Perry Brothers Honda Ranch on Highland Drive. Since then, I have been a GM of a dealership and purchased over 30 motorcycles myself.
